How to raise a concern about the school or a program.
Dear students,
This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The TWC-assigned school number is S2231, and the school’s programs are approved by TWC.
Please address any concern about the school or its programs by following the grievance process in the school catalog. If you did not receive a copy of the grievance procedure, please tell the school management.
If you are not satisfied with the school’s response, or cannot file a complaint with the school, you can file a formal complaint with TWC and with other relevant agencies or accreditors. Information is available on TWC’s Career Schools and Colleges website: twc.texas.gov.
