CPR & First Aid (BLS)
American Heart Association BLS for health care providers, Heartsaver and first aid. Classes every day, private sessions on request.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) combines rescue breathing and chest compressions to keep oxygen-rich blood flowing to the brain and heart until advanced care, such as defibrillation, can treat a cardiac arrest. CPR started by a bystander doubles a person’s chance of survival.
Our classes teach the hands-on skills you need, with practice on manikins and AED trainers. Group classes for family and friends are welcome, and we can come to your workplace.
